- Looking for units and partners who need to rent office space to rent premises of the Parent Company as an investor (no sales apply)

- Search and work with real estate floors for office rental. Directly work and manage these agents regarding rental space products

- Manage rental contracts, manage inventory, customer data, directly draft and implement procedures and documents with rental customers

- Manage rental customer information, track debts, receive and answer other information from customers within the scope of assigned work

YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN

- Graduated from college or higher with majors: business, administration, finance....related majors

- Have at least 01 year of experience in a similar position, priority is given to candidates with experience in the same field of office space leasing and real estate leasing in general

- Good and flexible communication skills

- Proficient in word, excel

- Good analytical, synthesis and reporting skills
